Will you ask your MP to support climate justice and the path to zero-carbon?
The climate Minister, Claire Perry, has said that the UK will legislate for zero-emissions targets at 'some point in the future'. Given the urgency of the climate crisis, and the long-term emissions impact of investment and infrastructure decisions that are taken today, we don’t think that’s good enough.
Please will you email your MP today and ask them to support re-setting the UK's carbon budgets now to ensure we reach zero-emissions by 2050?
